Krabloonik Restaurant is not your usual Aspen restaurant experience! For over 40 years, we have offered guests a truly unique dining experience that will long be remembered as the signature meal of their Aspen / Snowmass visit. Our warm, friendly atmosphere coupled with amazing Colorado cuisine will guarantee a true Colorado experience.
Our romantic log cabin is nestled among the spectacular Snowmass Mountains with magnificent views of Mt. Daly and Capitol Peak. In winter as you dine, you can watch the fascinating ritual of sled dog teams, howling and lunging, as they carry guests to and from the backcountry. At night, guests enjoy the gas-lit ambience of the restaurant and the warmth of the sunken fire pit.
Krabloonik is renowned for its exquisitely-prepared wild game and fresh seafood, yet we offer a wide selection of entrees that will surely give you that quintessential Colorado experience. Signature dishes include Krabloonik’s Legendary Wild Mushroom Soup and Classic Baked Brie with Lingonberry Jam. Also available are freshly baked breads and homemade preserves. Desserts are prepared daily in our kitchen.
